How long does the 8-Week Intensive take each week?+
You will have one private coaching session per week (60–90 minutes) plus guided assignments, voice-note support between sessions, and integration practices. Most clients spend 3–5 hours per week in the work — but the shifts integrate into your daily life, not on top of it.

You are welcome here. Many of the women who enter Lorinthian's House have never done deep inner work before. The process meets you where you are — with care, structure, and sacred support. There is no prerequisite except a willingness to be honest and open.
