If you got my letter about “more,” this is it.

I want to tell you about something I'm putting together for next summer. It's not a conference. Not a workshop series. It's two days, in the Raleigh area — close to home this time — for a small group of women.

Last year I held The Powerful Woman Retreat in Coconut Grove, Florida. It sold out. The women who came still talk to each other — that's how I know it worked. Not because of the agenda. Because of what happens when you put a small group of women in a room and give them permission to actually let go.

I'm keeping this one even smaller. Fewer than 15 women.

Day one is about release.

We'll start with breathwork. If you've never done it, that's fine — most women haven't. You don't need any experience. You just need to show up and breathe. We'll journal. There's an optional letting-go ritual — no pressure, it's there if you want it. And in the evening we close with sound therapy. It's a full day of clearing out what you've been carrying. Quietly. No forced sharing, no standing up and introducing yourself.

Day two is about rebuilding.

In the morning we do a session on power — what it actually means to have boundaries, to use your voice, to stop apologizing for taking up space. Then we carve out time for clarity. What comes next for you. What changes. What you're finally ready to stop doing. We close with a circle. Everyone together, one last time.

The practical things, in case you're wondering.

Once you're there, everything is included — your room, every meal, every session. Travel isn't included. It's a real investment. It's not free. I won't put a number here because this isn't a sales page, but there are payment plans available if you need them. And there is no pitch at the end. No surprise upsell. I don't do that.

I'm still figuring out exactly where in Raleigh. I have a couple of places in mind — something special. The kind of venue that doesn't advertise. The women on this list will be the first to know when I lock it in. Before I post it anywhere. Before I even tell most people.

If you read my letter and felt something — if you're one of the women who looks put-together on the outside but knows there's more underneath — this is for you. Let me know you're interested and I'll send you the details as they come together. Being on this list means you hear it first.

I'm looking forward to having you there. Really.

With love,

Lorinthian
