By December 31, 2027, The Institute for Women's Rebuilding will help 1,000 women begin or advance a meaningful rebuilding journey through education, mentoring, practical resources, referrals, community, leadership development, opportunity, and measurable support.

What counts as "rebuilt"
Completed the assessment, completed an approved program, reached at least three verified rebuilding milestones, connected to appropriate support, and completed a follow-up outcome review. We do not count website visitors, email opens, or social media followers as women rebuilt. Read our full methodology.
The Progression
Participation statuses
Every woman in the 1,000 Women Rebuilt initiative is tracked through a defined journey. Each status is verifiable; none is assigned without documentation.
Woman has connected with the Institute — attended an event, completed a contact form, or was referred.
Pre-assessment begun — establishing baseline across rebuilding domains.
Pre-assessment submitted. Baseline established. Pathway recommendations generated.
Woman has chosen a rebuilding pathway (program, Circle, mentor, or independent path).
Enrolled in a specific program — Rebuild Her, Rebuild Circle, mentor match, or equivalent.
First verified rebuilding milestone. Specific to her pathway and goals.
Second verified rebuilding milestone.
Third verified rebuilding milestone — minimum threshold for 'rebuilt' designation.
Primary program or engagement completed. Post-assessment submitted.
30-day follow-up completed. Outcomes documented. Alumni pathway offered.
Alumna has expressed interest in becoming a mentor for future cohorts.
Graduated from active programming. Engaged in alumni community. Eligible for peer Circles and leadership.
Alumna actively leading — facilitating, mentoring, or serving in a leadership capacity.

Reporting cadence
Monthly
Internal operations report: enrollment, assessment completions, active matches, new milestones. Not published externally.
Quarterly
Public progress update: aggregate enrollment, milestone completions, program completions, stories (with consent), sponsor recognition. Published on this page.
Annual
Full impact report: methodology, demographics, outcomes, lessons learned, financial transparency, third-party audit if available. Published at /impact-reports.
First quarterly update expected Q1 2027. All published reports at the Impact Center.
