Curriculum
Each module includes a founder teaching, discussion questions, a practical exercise, workbook pages, an action commitment, a resource recommendation, and a mentor discussion prompt.
Module 1: Face the Truth of Where I Am
Honest assessment of where you stand right now — emotionally, practically, financially, and relationally. No pretending. No minimizing.
Learning objective: Complete a candid self-assessment across five life domains. Identify the gap between current reality and desired state.
Module 2: Rebuild Identity
Who you are beyond what happened to you. Separating identity from crisis, role, and other people's definitions.
Learning objective: Articulate a personal identity statement that is not defined by the disruption. Distinguish between roles, relationships, and self.
Module 3: Rebuild Confidence
Confidence that is earned through action, not borrowed from affirmations. Small wins that compound.
Learning objective: Design and complete three small wins in one week. Document the evidence. Build the confidence muscle through repeated action.
Module 4: Rebuild Boundaries
The capacity to say no, protect your energy, and decide who has access to your life.
Learning objective: Identify three boundary violations. Practice setting and holding one boundary. Reflect on what changed.
Relationship Application
How can boundaries protect connection rather than punish another person?
Continue with: For Better or For WorseModule 5: Rebuild Community
Finding, building, and sustaining relationships that support your rebuilding — not your old patterns.
Learning objective: Map your current support network. Identify gaps. Take one step toward building a connection that nourishes rather than drains.
Relationship Application
How do you communicate the woman you are becoming to the person who has known the woman you were?
Continue with: For Better or For WorseModule 6: Rebuild Financial Stability
Practical financial education, planning, and capability — from budgeting to earning to investing.
Learning objective: Create a personal financial snapshot. Identify one area of immediate improvement. Complete one financial action this week.
Module 7: Rebuild Purpose
Moving from survival to assignment. What are you here to do now?
Learning objective: Draft a purpose statement for this chapter of life. Distinguish between what you were good at and what you are called to.
Module 8: Rebuild Career or Business
Returning to work, changing direction, or building something new — with support and structure.
Learning objective: Complete a skills and experience inventory. Identify three career or business options aligned with current capabilities and goals.
Module 9: Rebuild Leadership
Leading yourself first, then your family, then your community — from a place of strength, not obligation.
Learning objective: Identify one area where you already lead. Own it. Identify one area where you want to lead. Take one step toward it.
Module 10: Build Legacy
What you leave behind. A life, a story, a family, a contribution that outlives the crisis.
Learning objective: Write a legacy statement: what you want to leave behind, who you want to affect, and what one action you will take this month to begin.
