How we define "rebuilt"

01Completed the Women's Rebuild Assessment
02Enrolled in an approved program or defined action plan
03Achieved at least three verified rebuilding milestones
04Maintained active support system engagement
05Completed a follow-up outcome review no less than six months after program completion

What we do not count
