A woman offering guidance to a peer across a boardroom table, the ethos of a small circle rebuilding together

Community Model

Rebuild Circles™

Small groups of women rebuilding together — facilitated, structured, and supported. Rebuilding is not a solo project, and a Circle is not group therapy. It is community with a curriculum.

Status: Model Defined — Pilot Not Yet Launched

What a Rebuild Circle Is

  • A structured, facilitated small-group experience for women in rebuilding
  • A place to be heard, seen, and understood by women who get it
  • Guided conversation using Rebuild OS modules and Seven Pillars framework
  • Action-oriented — every session ends with a personal commitment
  • Confidential — what is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle

What a Rebuild Circle Is Not

  • Group therapy or clinical counseling
  • A substitute for professional mental health care
  • A place to fix, rescue, or advise other women
  • A crisis response space — if a participant is in crisis, the facilitator refers to qualified resources
  • Religious programming — spiritual conversation is welcome where initiated by participants, but the Circle is not a church service or Bible study

Session Structure

Arrival (15 min)

Check-In (20 min)

Topic Introduction (15 min)

Facilitator introduces the session topic with a brief reflection, a story, or a reading.

Guided Discussion (35 min)

Structured conversation. Everyone who wants to speak is heard. No cross-talk, no fixing, no advice unless asked.

Each woman names one small action she will take before next session. Accountability, not pressure.

Close (5 min)

Facilitator closes. Reminder of next session. Optional quiet moment.
