Inner Girl Healing in Raleigh

Inner Girl Restoration Workshops for Women in Raleigh, North Carolina

Inside every woman lives a younger version of herself who still longs to feel safe, seen, loved, and free. She got buried under responsibility, achievement, and years of being strong for everyone else. Lorinthian's House welcomes her back — in a warm, dignified space on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh.

Who Is the Inner Girl?

The inner girl is the younger version of every woman — the one who still carries old wounds, unmet needs, and dreams she was told to put away. She is not a metaphor. She is the part of a woman that still flinches at rejection, still craves permission to rest, and still wonders if she is enough.

Lorinthian's House is where she is welcomed, held, and restored. Our Inner Girl Restoration Workshop is not therapy and not a lecture. It is a structured, facilitated experience that creates a safe space for women to reconnect with the girl they left behind — and begin to bring her home.

Safety First

Every workshop begins with creating emotional and spiritual safety. A woman cannot heal what she cannot name.

In Community

Restoration happens in sisterhood. Women sit in circle with others who understand the weight of being strong for everyone else.

A Framework, Not a Fix

The Seven Pillars of Restoration give structure to the work. No quick fixes — just a path back to the self.

What to Expect in a Raleigh Workshop

A Welcoming Space

Our workshops are held in a warm, private setting on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a circle that feels like a living room, not a classroom. Participants arrive as they are — no performance required.

Guided Inner Work

Each workshop is facilitated by Lorinthian K. Jones, who guides participants through structured reflections, journaling prompts, and group sharing rooted in the Seven Pillars of Restoration. You participate at your own pace. Silence is welcome.

Real Tools to Take Home

Every participant leaves with a personal restoration journal, a Seven Pillars self-assessment, and a next-step plan. The workshop is not the end — it is the entry point to ongoing restoration circles and community.

Raleigh Women, Real Stories

The women in the room are your neighbors. Mothers, professionals, caregivers, ministry wives, and women in transition — all from the Triangle area. What they share stays in the circle. What they carry home is permission to begin again.

How to Attend

Workshops are sponsor-supported. Most women attend at no cost through seat sponsorships funded by individual donors, churches, and corporate partners. If you want to attend or sponsor a seat for a woman in the Raleigh area, start below.
