Lorinthian's House Announces the 1,000 Women Rebuilt 2027 Initiative

Lorinthian's House today announced the 1,000 Women Rebuilt initiative, a public commitment to help 1,000 women begin or advance a meaningful rebuilding journey by December 31, 2027. The initiative establishes a clear definition of what it means to be "rebuilt," a set of verified outcome criteria, and a public-facing quarterly dashboard that tracks progress against the commitment.

"We are making this commitment public because transparency matters," the organization stated. "The women we serve, the partners who support us, and the public who invests in this work deserve to know what we count, how we verify it, and whether we are delivering on what we promise."

Defining "Rebuilt"

The initiative defines a woman as "rebuilt" when she has met five verified criteria:

1. Completed the Women's Rebuild Assessment — A 30-question self-assessment that produces personalized domain scores across 11 domains.
2. Completed an approved program — At least one program, workshop, retreat, or circle delivered through the Institute's Center for Women's Rebuilding.
3. Reached at least three verified rebuilding milestones — Milestones are defined per OS stage and verified by program facilitators or mentors.
4. Connected to appropriate support — Referral to community resources, ongoing mentorship, or continued circle participation as appropriate for the woman's stage and needs.
5. Completed a follow-up outcome review — A structured follow-up conducted at a defined interval after program completion to assess sustained progress.

Quarterly Reporting and Verification

Progress toward the 1,000-woman commitment is published quarterly on the Institute's public dashboard. Every metric is labeled by verification status: verified, pending verification, or not yet reported. The Institute does not count website visitors, email opens, social media followers, or event registrations as women rebuilt.

The organization does not fabricate, round, or estimate participant data. Numbers that are pending verification remain labeled as such until confirmed. If verification processes change, the methodology update is published alongside the data.

The Rebuild OS Stages

The 1,000 Women Rebuilt initiative is structured around the Women's Rebuild Operating System, a nine-stage framework that guides women from stabilization through legacy. The stages are:

1. Stabilize — Establishing safety, basic stability, and readiness to begin.
2. Assess — Completing the Rebuild Assessment to identify strengths and growth areas across 11 life domains.
3. Begin — Starting the first rebuilding pathway with structured support.
4. Rebuild — Active work across prioritized domains with programming and mentorship.
5. Strengthen — Deepening gains and expanding into additional domains.
6. Own — Taking full ownership of the rebuilding process and sustaining progress independently.
7. Lead — Using lived experience to support other women in earlier stages.
8. Build — Creating structures, resources, or initiatives that expand the work.
9. Multiply — Scaling impact by training others, replicating programs, and contributing to the field.

Six Participation Pathways

Women can enter the 1,000 Women Rebuilt initiative through six pathways, ensuring broad accessibility across circumstances and starting points:

• Workshop enrollment — Registering for a scheduled workshop or series.
• Retreat participation — Attending an immersive retreat experience.
• Circle participation — Joining a facilitated healing circle.
• Rebuild Her curriculum — Enrolling in the structured Rebuild Her program.
• Mentorship matching — Being paired with a trained mentor through the mentor network.
• Community partner referral — Entering through a referral from an approved community partner organization.

Connection to the Seven Pillars

The 1,000 Women Rebuilt initiative is grounded in the Seven Pillars of Restoration: Safety, Release, Faith, Love, Power, Prosperity, and Purpose. Each woman's rebuilding journey is mapped to these pillars, and progress is assessed against pillar-aligned milestones at each OS stage. The initiative does not prescribe a single path; it provides a framework within which each woman's journey is honored as unique.
