Lorinthian's House Announces Its Evolution into the Institute for Women's Rebuilding

Lorinthian's House today announced its evolution into the Institute for Women's Rebuilding, a nonprofit organization advancing women's healing, public education, and community renewal. The Institute introduces a structured approach to women's restoration — moving from individual programs to an integrated institutional architecture organized around the Women's Rebuild Operating System™, the Seven Pillars of Restoration, and the public commitment to help 1,000 women begin or advance a meaningful rebuilding journey by December 31, 2027.

From Program to Platform

The evolution reflects a deliberate shift from a collection of programs to a coherent institutional platform. The Institute now organizes its work through distinct departments: the Center for Women's Rebuilding (programs, retreats, workshops, and circles), the Center for Hope Research (the Hope Index™ and public research), Institute Press (publications and media), the Public Lyceum (community education forums), and the Raleigh Rebuild initiative (healing-centered community renewal and housing stability partnerships).

"This is not a rebrand," the Institute stated. "It is a recognition that the work of restoring women — healing the inner girl, reclaiming voice and agency, rebuilding across every domain of life — requires institutional infrastructure, not just programming. The women we serve deserve a structure that can measure outcomes, publish research, train mentors, and sustain itself across generations."

The Women's Rebuild Operating System™

Central to the Institute's approach is the Women's Rebuild Operating System™ (Rebuild OS), a nine-stage framework that guides women from stabilization through legacy. Each stage corresponds to measurable outcomes, domain-specific programming, and a clear progression path. The OS is supported by the Women's Rebuild Assessment, a 30-question self-assessment that produces personalized domain scores and pathway recommendations across 14 rebuilding pathways.

The Rebuild OS stages are: stabilize, assess, begin, rebuild, strengthen, own, lead, build, and multiply. The 14 pathways include confidence, identity, purpose, finances, career, family, starting over, after loss, after divorce, relationships, leadership, community, business, and legacy.

The 1,000 Women Rebuilt™ Initiative

The Institute's flagship public commitment is the 1,000 Women Rebuilt initiative — a pledge to help 1,000 women begin or advance a meaningful rebuilding journey by December 31, 2027. The initiative defines "rebuilt" through five verified criteria: completed assessment, completed an approved program, reached at least three verified rebuilding milestones, connected to appropriate support, and completed a follow-up outcome review.

Progress is published quarterly on the Institute's public dashboard. The Institute does not count website visitors, email opens, or social media followers as women rebuilt. Every metric is labeled by verification status: verified, pending verification, or not yet reported.
