RALEIGH, NC

Lorinthian's House today announced the opening of four structured partnership tracks, inviting community organizations, corporations, volunteers, and mentors to join the work of women's restoration. The partnership framework is designed to create clear entry points, defined expectations, and measurable contributions across every level of engagement.

"Restoring women takes a village," the organization stated. "The women we serve need more than programs. They need referral networks, funded access, reliable volunteers, and trained mentors who walk with them. These partnership tracks make it possible for everyone who wants to contribute to find their place in the work."

Community Partners

Community partners are local organizations that extend the Institute's reach through formal referral relationships, shared programming, and coordinated service delivery. This track includes two primary categories:

  • Referral organizations — Social service agencies, faith communities, domestic violence programs, workforce development organizations, and other nonprofits that refer women to the Institute's programs. Referral partners receive training on the Rebuild OS so they can help women understand the framework before they arrive.
  • Housing stability partners — Community housing organizations, transitional housing providers, and housing referral networks that collaborate with the Institute to support women whose rebuilding journey includes housing stability needs. The Institute connects women to vetted community housing partners; it does not acquire, hold, lease, manage, or operate housing.

Corporate Sponsors

Corporate sponsors support the Institute's work through tiered financial sponsorship. Each tier includes defined benefits such as recognition on the Institute's website and materials, invitations to sponsor briefings, and named sponsorship opportunities for specific programs or events.

Sponsorship tiers are structured to accommodate organizations of varying sizes and giving capacities. All sponsors receive quarterly impact reports that detail how their contributions supported specific programming and the number of women served. The Institute's sponsorship policy, including tier descriptions and benefits, is published on the organization's website.

Corporate sponsorship is processed through the Institute's secure donation platform. Contributions to Lorinthian's House are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Volunteers

Volunteers support the Institute's operations, events, and programs through three primary roles:

  • Event support — Assisting with workshops, retreats, community forums, and public education events. Event volunteers help with logistics, hospitality, registration, and on-the-ground coordination.
  • Administrative support — Contributing to behind-the-scenes operations including communications, data entry, resource preparation, and program coordination.
  • Circle facilitation — Leading or co-leading healing circles after completing the Institute's facilitator training. Circle facilitators commit to a defined schedule and receive ongoing supervision and support.

All volunteers complete an orientation and, where applicable, role-specific training. Volunteers who work directly with program participants complete additional screening and preparation.

Mentors

Mentors are trained volunteers who walk alongside women through the Rebuild OS stages. The mentor track includes:

  • Standardized training — All mentors complete a training curriculum aligned with the Seven Pillars of Restoration. Training covers the Rebuild OS stages, trauma-informed accompaniment, boundaries, and the mentor's role as a companion — not a therapist or case manager.
  • Mentor matching — Mentors are paired with women based on shared experience, rebuilding pathway, and stage alignment. Matches are made by program staff and include a defined commitment period with regular check-ins.
  • Ongoing support — Mentors receive regular supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education through the Institute's mentor community.

The mentor network is a core delivery mechanism for the No Woman Rebuilds Alone commitment. Mentors ensure that every woman in the Institute's programs has at least one consistent, trained companion alongside her rebuilding journey.

How to Begin

Organizations and individuals interested in any of the four partnership tracks can begin through the Institute's website. Community organizations and corporations submit an inquiry through the partnership form; volunteers and prospective mentors complete an application through the volunteer portal. All inquiries receive a response within five business days.

The Institute also accepts donor-advised giving, in-kind contributions, and professional pro bono support. Full donation and sponsorship policies are published on the Institute's website.
