Lorinthian's House Introduces the Women's Rebuild Operating System
The Raleigh-based nonprofit unveils a nine-stage framework for women's restoration featuring 14 rebuilding pathways, 11 assessment domains, and a personalized 30-question self-assessment that maps individual needs to structured programming.
RALEIGH, NC
Lorinthian's House today introduced the Women's Rebuild Operating System (Rebuild OS), a structured framework that guides women through nine sequential stages of restoration — from stabilization through legacy. The framework is supported by 14 rebuilding pathways, 11 assessment domains, a 30-question self-assessment, and a domain-to-pathway mapping system that personalizes each woman's rebuilding journey.
"Rebuilding a life is not a single act," the organization stated. "It is a sequence of distinct stages, each requiring different kinds of support. The Rebuild OS gives women and the practitioners who serve them a shared map — a way to see where they are, what comes next, and what resources they need at each step."
The Nine Stages
The Rebuild OS organizes the rebuilding journey into nine stages, each with defined outcomes, milestone criteria, and associated programming:
- Stabilize — Establishing safety, basic stability, and readiness to engage the rebuilding process.
- Assess — Completing the Women's Rebuild Assessment to establish baseline domain scores.
- Begin — Entering the first rebuilding pathway with structured guidance and community support.
- Rebuild — Active work across prioritized domains through programming, mentorship, and circles.
- Strengthen — Deepening gains, reinforcing new patterns, and expanding into additional growth areas.
- Own — Taking full ownership of the rebuilding process with sustained, independent progress.
- Lead — Using lived experience to support other women through mentoring, facilitating, or advocacy.
- Build — Creating structures, resources, or initiatives that expand the reach and depth of the work.
- Multiply — Scaling impact through training others, replicating programs, and contributing to the broader field of women's restoration.
The 14 Rebuilding Pathways
Women progress through the OS stages along one or more rebuilding pathways, each representing a distinct area of life where restoration may be needed:
- Confidence — Rebuilding self-worth, voice, and agency.
- Identity — Rediscovering who she is beyond roles, trauma, and expectations.
- Purpose — Clarifying direction and living from assignment rather than survival.
- Finances — Building financial stability, literacy, and independence.
- Career — Pursuing meaningful work, advancement, or career transition.
- Family — Healing family dynamics and building healthy relationship patterns.
- Starting Over — Navigating major life transitions and fresh starts.
- After Loss — Rebuilding after the death of a partner, child, or close relationship.
- After Divorce — Rebuilding identity, stability, and future vision after divorce.
- Relationships — Developing healthy relationship skills and patterns.
- Leadership — Growing into influence and impact in community and professional life.
- Community — Building and sustaining meaningful community connections.
- Business — Starting or rebuilding a business aligned with purpose.
- Legacy — Creating lasting impact that extends beyond one life.
The 11 Assessment Domains and 30-Question Assessment
The Women's Rebuild Assessment is a 30-question self-assessment that measures a woman's current standing across 11 domains: emotional wellbeing, physical health, financial stability, career and vocation, relationships and family, spirituality and faith, identity and self-worth, community and belonging, safety and stability, purpose and direction, and resilience and coping.
Each domain receives a personalized score, and the assessment produces pathway recommendations based on the domain-to-pathway mapping system. This mapping connects specific domain needs to the rebuilding pathways most likely to address them. For example, low scores in the financial stability domain map to the Finances pathway; low scores in identity and self-worth map to the Identity and Confidence pathways.
The assessment is designed to be completed at entry and repeated at defined intervals throughout the rebuilding journey, allowing both the woman and her support team to track progress across domains over time.
Connection to the Seven Pillars
The Rebuild OS is grounded in the Seven Pillars of Restoration: Safety, Release, Faith, Love, Power, Prosperity, and Purpose. Each OS stage is aligned with one or more pillars, and each pathway draws on pillar-specific programming. The framework does not replace the Seven Pillars; it operationalizes them — translating principle into practice, stage by stage and pathway by pathway.
The Seven Pillars provide the philosophical foundation. The Rebuild OS provides the operational architecture. Together they form the integrated approach that defines the Institute's work: healing that is structured, measurable, and sustained across the full arc of a woman's rebuilding journey.
